NotBot is operated by Afterbuck Labs Inc., an Ontario corporation. These Terms govern your access to and use of NotBot.

Document preparation service

We are a document preparation service. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Use of this service does not create an attorney-client relationship. The documents we generate are educational templates personalized using your inputs.

No outcome guarantee

We make no guarantee of any specific outcome in your academic integrity proceeding. Outcomes depend on your institution's policies, the specific evidence in your case, and many other factors outside our control.

Honest use

By using NotBot, you represent and warrant that you did not use artificial intelligence tools to write the academic work that is the subject of your accusation. NotBot is intended for use by students who have been wrongly accused. Use of this service to defend against accurate accusations is a violation of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use NotBot to create AI humanizer, bypass, evasion, or deception materials. You may not submit someone else's information without authorization. You may not interfere with the service or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to access.

Payment and refunds

NotBot is sold as a one-time $49 package. Because documents are generated specifically for you, all sales are final once delivered in full, subject to the refund policy posted at /refunds and applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotBot and Afterbuck Labs Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the package.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND DOCUMENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

Governing law

Governing law: Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Ontario, Canada.
