NotBot is operated by Afterbuck Labs Inc.. We collect only the information needed to generate and deliver your defense package.

What we collect

We collect your email address, intake answers, university or college name, course and paper details, optional paper text that you choose to paste, payment status, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

How we use it

We use your information to generate your documents, render PDFs, deliver your package by email, provide a 30-day re-download link, process payment, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Sub-processors

We use Stripe for payments, Supabase for database and storage, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email, Anthropic for document generation, Plausible for privacy-friendly analytics, and Sentry for error monitoring.

Retention

Intake data, paper text, and generated PDFs are retained for 30 days so you can re-download your package and, for pre-hearing buyers, claim an appeal letter if needed. After that window, package data should be deleted from active systems.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not use tracking cookies. We do not publish your documents. We do not share your package with your school.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information. California, UK, EU, and Australian users may have additional statutory rights. To make a privacy request, email support@afterbuck.com.
