Refund policy
NotBot Refund Policy
Each defense package is generated specifically for you the moment you pay. Because of this, all sales are final once your package has been delivered in full.
Before checkout, you will explicitly acknowledge that your purchase is non-refundable once delivered. We do this so there are no surprises, and so we can keep our pricing low for the students who genuinely need this service.
We do issue refunds in five cases:
- Generation failure - if our system fails to produce your package after payment, you get a full refund.
- Partial delivery - if any document in your expected package failed to generate, you get a full refund. We do not pro-rate.
- Service degradation - if a core dependency was experiencing an outage at the time of your purchase that materially affected your output, email us and we will review it.
- Duplicate charges - if you were charged twice for the same purchase, we refund the duplicate.
- Goodwill - at our sole discretion, if something clearly went wrong on our end and a refund is the right thing to do.
If something genuinely is not right, email us at support@afterbuck.com. A real human reads every refund request and we will respond within two business days.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law if you reside in Australia, or the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if you reside in the United Kingdom.
Chargebacks: please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most issues we can resolve directly. Chargebacks lock the transaction while the bank investigates, which delays resolution for everyone.
